What personal data legnara collects, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Who we are
legnara.in is run by Wishlist Shopee (GSTIN 24BROPN9909F1ZC), A102, Param Paradise, Gotri, Vadodara, Gujarat 390021. In this policy, “we” means Wishlist Shopee.
What we collect
- Order details: name, phone number, email, billing and delivery address, and what you ordered.
- Account details: if you create an account, your login email and order history.
- Messages: what you send us on WhatsApp or email, including photos for replacement claims.
- Technical data: cookies needed for the cart and checkout to work, and basic site analytics if you allow them in the cookie banner.
We do not see or store your card number, CVV or UPI PIN. Online payments are handled by Razorpay on their secure systems.
Why we use it
- To process, ship and support your order.
- To send order updates by WhatsApp, SMS or email.
- To keep invoices and records required under GST and other Indian laws.
- To answer your questions and complaints.
Who we share it with
Only with the services needed to complete your order: the courier company that delivers your parcel, Razorpay for payments, our website host, and our email provider. We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax law requires (currently at least 6 years). Other data is deleted when it is no longer needed for the purposes above.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent for marketing messages, by emailing hello@legnara.in. We will reply within 30 days. Records we must keep by law cannot be deleted before that period ends.
