How we ship, what delivery costs, how cash on delivery works, and what to do if something arrives damaged.

Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Remote pin codes can take longer; we will tell you if yours is one of them.
Payment options
- Pay online (UPI, cards, netbanking): 5% off your order total, applied automatically at checkout. Payments are processed by Razorpay.
- Cash on delivery: available on in-stock items with a ₹49 cash handling charge (including GST). We may confirm COD orders on WhatsApp before dispatch.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel free of charge until the order is dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number. Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full to the original payment method.
5-day replacement for damage or defects
If your product arrives damaged, defective or with parts missing, tell us within 5 days of delivery:

- Send clear photos or a short unboxing video showing the problem.
- Once we confirm it, we send a replacement at no extra cost. If we cannot replace it (for example, the item is out of stock), we refund the full amount instead.
Replacement covers transit damage and manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage from misuse, normal wear, or a change of mind.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of approval. For cash on delivery orders we refund by UPI or bank transfer to an account you give us.
