The terms that apply when you buy from legnara.in.

1. Who you are buying from
legnara is a brand of Wishlist Shopee (GSTIN 24BROPN9909F1ZC), A102, Param Paradise, Gotri, Vadodara, Gujarat 390021. Every order is a contract between you and Wishlist Shopee.
2. Prices and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST.
- Paying online (UPI, cards, netbanking) gives 5% off the order total. Cash on delivery carries a ₹49 charge (including GST). Both are shown before you place the order.
- Coupon codes cannot be combined unless stated, and each code has its own conditions shown at checkout.
- If a price is clearly wrong because of a technical error, we will contact you and you can choose to cancel for a full refund.
3. Orders
An order is confirmed when you receive the order confirmation. We may cancel an order if the item is out of stock or cannot be delivered to your pin code; any payment is then refunded in full.
4. Delivery, cancellation and replacement
Shipping times, cancellation before dispatch, the 5-day replacement for damaged or defective items, and refunds are explained in our Shipping and replacement policy, which forms part of these terms.
5. Product information
We describe products as accurately as we can from the manufacturer’s specifications and our own checks. Colours in photos can vary slightly with your screen.
6. Liability
Our responsibility for any order is limited to replacing the product or refunding what you paid for it. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
7. Complaints and grievance officer
Contact Biju Sreekrishna Kumar, Grievance Officer, at grievance@legnara.in or on WhatsApp +91 95742 42278. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month. You can also approach the National Consumer Helpline (1915).
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Vadodara, Gujarat have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to file a complaint before a consumer commission.
